beginnings
I start my discernment committee tomorrow night. May I have your prayers? Thanks! Prayers that I can just speak my truth. Prayers that the Spirit will be with us. Just prayers for the beginning...this beginning feels very hard. No priest will be present to get us started off and it just feels very amorphous...and now I take my leap and let go of control...

excellent. it is common for no priest to be present. hopefully the team has been "trained" by someone skilled in group formation and discerning. I have an excellent poem, kinda long, I'll email it to you, good for praying with during this time....and, yes, I will hold you in prayer.

Well, there is something "universal" about discerning...and holy. ((grace-thing)) holding you in prayer this day and night, always.

Awesome poem, I think it just became the centerpiece of our advent candle lighting....glad it reappeared, I missed it the first time!
